ADVANCED IMAGING AND DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS

Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial in the fight against cancer. Our veterinary oncology team employs a range of advanced diagnostic tools to assess and identify cancer in pets:

Ultrasound

X-ray

An essential tool for visualizing bones, chest, and abdominal areas to identify tumors or metastasis.

CT (Computed Tomography)

Provides detailed cross-sectional images of the body, offering precise information about the location and size of tumors, and also check for metastasis.

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

Utilized for detailed images of soft tissues, particularly useful for detecting brain and spinal cord tumors.

Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA)

A minimally invasive procedure to collect cells from a mass/lump, lymph node, internal organ, or suspicious area for cytological analysis.

Biopsy

Collection of small tissue samples for histopathological examination to determine the type and grade of cancer.

Blood Tests

Comprehensive blood panels to evaluate overall health, detect abnormalities, and monitor organ function.

Bone Marrow Aspirates
