Dr. Ainsley Boudreau, DVM, DACVECC, Joins King Animal Hospital
Board-Certified Critical Care Specialist
Dr. Ainsley Boudreau graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) in 2005. She completed a small animal rotating internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College at UPEI in 2006. In 2007, she worked at the CARE centre in Calgary, Alberta as an emergency veterinarian. She then completed an ECC internship at the Iowa State University in 2008. She then returned to OVC to complete a residency in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care from 2008-2011, where she became a board-certified Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC).
Dr. Boudreau has been working in the GTA for over 12 years as a small animal critical care specialist in private practice both caring for animals and teaching/training veterinary staff at various hospitals. Some of her professional interests include: respiratory disease, high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, sepsis, AKI and endocrine emergencies.
